Go to Blender Preferences and in the Addons Panel and uncheck the Enable Checkbox and then click Remove.

Close all Instances of Blender.

Open Blender and Follow Install steps from Q1. How do I install?

Go to Blender Preferences and in the Addons Panel click the Install Button:
Navigate to the il_Grande_Pomodoro.zip file (leave it zipped) and install.
Click the check box to enable the addon.
