      This pack provides a decent starting point for modeling your own version of the items in the pack and maybe they are fine as is for purely concepting stuff, but to be used in the kind of production environment I work in these models need some heavy retooling - ngons galore. I wished I had noticed this before purchasing.

        This is clearly noticed in the description of the product though. As it says: Please, note that not all the pieces are "Subdiv Ready" but "nGon Friendly".
