  This is an easy five-star review for me.

  • A wide assortment of beautiful car paint shaders, with plenty of variety no matter what your favorite color is. Colors are easy to customize as well.

  • Product comes with notes/documentation and is well-organized. The node trees of the materials are laid out cleanly and also well-organized.

  • Each shader is pre-marked as an asset for use in your Asset Library and includes a thumbnail that gives you an idea of what the car paint will look like under neutral lighting.

  For best results, please note these shaders should only be applied/used in Blender 3.2+

  Also, make sure your car is real-world size (or scaled to match the rest of your scene) and then Apply Scale (if not already applied) so your car's scale is 1.000 :)

  First off: These shaders are really, really nice.
  The metallic paints look great and the color changing shaders can definitely add an extra dimension to your renders.
  Apart from this being a really great pack of useful automotive shaders, there are two bonuses that I think I need to emphasise:
  1) The preview model (simple car shape) is brilliant. It quickly helps you get an idea of how the color looks on a vehicle.
  2) The ease of install.
  I cannot stress this enough: Blender IMHO is a counter-intuitive UI disaster, and with each add-on and asset you purchase, you can normally expect a couple of hours of head-scratching trying to figure out how things work.
  This bundle is a very welcome change from that: Instead of having to manually add each material, the author added a simple one-click solution, and voilá; your new bundle is in your Asset Library (Blender 3.0+) and ready to use.
  Pardon my long rant. Bottom line is that this is a great pack for a very reasonable price, and it will save you a bundle of time.
