This is a tool to help you easily create stylized hair in blender. It is implemented as a geometry nodes modifier and it lets you make any hair strand you want.

It works for blender versions 3.4 and up,  but in 3.5 it has one more option - smoothing!

As you can see it has many variables and even some attributes to use in shading :)
