Haines Building
There is a null object called Haines_Building above the geometry that everything is parented to for moving the building around. The bank building is also grouped. Even though there are no lights or emitter objects in this scene, there are rudimentary interiors that you can place lights in. This building model uses some textures from CGTexture.com that have been modified. The graffiti on the wall is part of a shader that has a color mix node. So it's easy to remove if you just want a clean building.
