Yes all parts, except the hinges are using texture maps so you can use your own or disable them and use just a PBR set up. Everything has a principled shader so their is a lot of versatility.
You can keep the image texture maps for roughness, height and normal and then just use a color instead of an image texture for the base color scheme.
The modeled is rigged so it functions like a regular gated table. The bones have constraints so each part works properly within the range of normal limits.
