  Doesn't allow exporting from blender, despite the license NOT saying so. I wouldn't personally be able to use this for anything practical.

  Hello,

  Thank you for your feedback. However, I believe your review does not accurately reflect the capabilities and purpose of our product, Gardener. You rated Gardener based on its ability to export to other software like Unity or Unreal Engine, but that is not its main function. Gardener is specifically designed to create shrubs in Blender, not for Unreal Engine.

  Converting the shrubs to meshes can make Blender slow and requires a very powerful computer, which is why this option is not included in the addon. Additionally, the license for using the 3D models and textures is limited to Blender.

  All of this is clearly indicated on the product page, and we encourage you to read it carefully. Gardener works very well in Blender, and we believe your review does not do justice to its actual performance.

  Today, I had to style an outdoor Cafè. So, for a hedge, I was going to plant some Cherry Laurel. I searched through hundreds of plant assets before, totally frustrated, finally remembering: I HAVE GARDENER PRO. Facepalm.
  So, of course, I had Cherry Laurel, among a load of other hedge plants. So I quickly copied and extruded the soil plane, gave it shape with 1 cut and a displacement modifier with cloud texture, picked that as emitter, chose Cherry Laurel from the interface, placed it, put in some holes with 1 click, done in 1 minute, genius! A child can do it, as long as it remembers to disable the emitter in render :-D

  The "holes" feature alone is fantastic for a natural feel. This almost devalues my beloved "Vegetation" assets from the same creator. If you do Archviz and don't have Gardener Pro, you're really missing out!

  When this addon was released I didn't buy it during the release month. I thought I had seen it all from the creator..i gave it a try after few months, and I confes that I was wrong. Bproductions does not disappoint and I like his quick free updates.

  I got shocked with the quality and the optimization of those assets and the tool itself works flawlessly. No crashes, no bugs, a great and smooth artistic experience. Just amazing!

  Badly needs documentation and support videos. Any "docs" and videos are designed to sell the product. Seems to have real potential but what are missing from this vendor are proper training videos and documentation and support.

  Thank you for your comment. We create addons with simple and easy to use features. In general, 5 to 10 minutes are enough to master the addon. There are many videos on youtube about Gardener and how to use it. Moreover the support is always available. I answer in few hours when I receive an email or a message on Blendermarket.   The fact that you can turn any mesh shape into a beautiful Shrub/Hedge (in literally one simple move) is a game changer. It really encourages unlimited creativity for vegetation and garden scenes. Thanks to Bproduction for this amazing Gardener Addon.

  Like the other Bproduction add-ons, this one is well-designed and flexible, with a very easy UI. I love being able to make instant topiaries of Suzanne and donuts :). And as usual, the assets look great. This developer's products have become a no-brainer for me.
