IMPORTANT:
Unzip the file - extract .zip folder before you add it into your asset browser 

To import into your scene, go to Edit - Preferences - File Path - + - set unzipped file location 
Afterward, it is just drag and drop from your asset browser 

Or you can open the file - select asset  and copy it using CTRL+C and in your scene press CTRL+V.
