  Foam opens many possibilities to operate Blender the way you want. It does so by allowing you to add your own contextual "toolboxes" – akin to pie-menus except hundred times more elaborate ones. It also offers great portability by letting you store/share your foams between users and systems.

  Another bonus compared to standard pie-menus, is that it allows the user to scale the buttons differently, to your liking, and it has a nice Global Scale setting that lets you independently dial in the overall UI size. I can't think of any improvements, it feels pretty much feature-complete!

  The one (obvious) thing worth mentioning is that the appearance might take a while getting used to. Compared to the rest of Blender, Foam's appearance does set it apart from the familiar design scheme. If you're on the fence, I can attest that the tool works perfectly and if you run into any hurdles, support has been great in my experience. In some regard, I think you should view this as a pseudo add-on creation tool with a bit of stylistic flair that you have to embrace. Imagine being able to create any kind of UI for any specific context, task and workflow ...
