EverPaint

EverPaint consists of two parts.
The first part are the seamless brush-textures which you will find at the left side of the EverPaint ToolBox in the Shader Editor. Just switch between them to get diffrent styles.
The second part is the EverPaint Group. Here you can define your colors, contrast, bump and even your floating-brush-effect!

The EverPaint.blend comes with several material presets for your inspiration.
