A neoclassical building near my place, made by hand. Procedural textures, except for the blue walls, mix of textured and procedural. It's a part of other buildings along the streets, so it have 2 sides without windows for that reason.
Photos of the object on site for reference; all is modeled "by hand" on a period of 2 weeks, then another 2 weeks for creation and adjustment procedural textures.
Mainly worked for Cycle render. The shader's nodes let you tweak all textures via Color Ramps and RGB Nodes. Just be careful to not screw it all up. It happens quickly.
Pivot point is adjusted and a constraint is added:

|Misc Data||uvs-unwrapped, textured|
