ABSOLUTELY. Please do with it as you will; it makes a great replacement as-is but you might find you wish to add and remove elements from the file that suit your personal needs. Just remember I won't have access to those customizations though, so if I make changes to the startup file, you'll need to manually merge anything new that you want to use through an append or similar operation.
The Hapsburg line is ended.

$300 Studio License
Allow everyone in your studio to use CutMat Studio, up to 100 employees. All the rules and restrictions of the Blender Market Royalty Free License, apply to this Studio license, except that the restriction on number of users is increased from ONE (1) to ONE HUNDRED (100) at a SINGLE COMPANY (100 users or "seats"). Unused seats cannot be resold or transferred outside of the organization that purchased the original license ("the purchaser").

$20 Extended Commercial License
Mostly for pros doing volume work, this license removes all concerns about using CutMat Studio in a professional capacity at pricing exceeding $20,000 USD. In the end, there's no realistic way for me to check this compliance though, so we're hoping for honor amongst blenderers :).

$5 Standard Use License
For hobbyists and those producing finished works for hire in small volumes under $20,000 in billed work or sales.
