This is a collection of four  blend files that contain a python script to generate lattice structure and confine it to  femur bone shape. Just open the file  and click on the run script button in the 'Text Editor'. You will see

1. Blend file1 - lattice_in_bone:

A lattice structure generated is confined in the femur bone volume.

2. Blend file2 - lattice_with_skin_in_bone

A wall  with thickness added to the outer boundary.

3. Blend file3 - surface_texture_on_bone

Surface texturing on bone surface

4. Blend file4 - Porus_bone

   A femur bone with porus structure
