Are the windows glass?
No. The windows are part of the baked textures. However, every glass element is part of a vertex group called "glass" so they can be easily selected and swapped out with another material.
Can I use the models for commercial projects?
Yes. Use them for whatever you'd like as long as you don't redistribute them (give or sell them away to other people).
Do the textures come with the models?
Yes. Each model has its own 6K baked PBR texture.
