  It's a very simple addon that has helped me with mocap retargeting.
  Instead of scrolling/searching for a collection, I can quickly disable/enable a collection in the viewport for a fast preview.

  Only one reason I cannot move from 2.79 was I'm get used to the Layers panel so much... but now it's gone big thanks to this, and jump in to 3.0! Thank you very much!!

  this is fantastic, no need to scroll up and down outliner anymore.

  Not enough units in 2 rows. it was convenient in this way to arrange CP and LP.
  Really looking forward to this update
