  It is difficult for me to recommend this to anyone as it is. The Blender project file for this item is not very well organized or laid out making it difficult to work with. The textures are embedded inn the Blender file and will have to be unpacked and written to external files for most applications. The model itself looks good in Blender but required many hours on my part to make it work outside of Blender for use in Trainz Railroad Simulator 2019 (TRS19) where it generated many errors that I had to fix with the mesh. As an example I found a good number of flipped normals, especially with the windows and garage door. The mesh model consists of numerous mesh primitives (cube, planes, etc) which are mostly not labeled as to what part of the structure they pertain to (ie; roofs, trim, etc). I see real potential here but the author really needs to do a better job of organizing and laying the project out for use by others, and not just designing the model. Until that happens, if you want a project that comes together easily "out of the box" for use in games or simulations then look elsewhere.
