Hi and thanks for checking out this product. As an architect who constantly needs to generate large urban environments, I wasn't satisfied with the building models available for generating cities. They are either too expensive, too detailed, too specific, or too simple and bland. So I decided to start creating my own city packs which I am happy to share with you. The collection will continue to grow and I am happy to take recommendations for new packs as well!
All buildings are medium poly with a good amount of facade detail. The interiors are made up of a cube with with image mappings to keep the buildings lightweight. There are multiple types of materials that are random, including blinds. The buildings are suitable for Eeevee and Cycles and for both day and night shots.
The buildings are useful for scattering large scenes with many instances, and also have enough detail for closeup shots. The sizes are typical of floor to floor heights and buildings found in large cities.
Glass buildings are highly dependent on the context. Sometimes, you want more transparency, sometimes, more reflections. In the accompanying video, I explain how to adjust the glass and blinds materials.

Compatibility with other software
Textures are and OBJ file are provided for use with other 3d Software. However, note that the material definitions will not be able to transfer through. However, texture mapping and the textures should work with other software.
