  I tried in multiple versions of the blender followed the tutorial as best I could and kept receiving an incorrect context error.

  The context error came because you didn't apply the facial before the detection.
  It's very unfair to give a 1 star review just because you can't operate the add-on properly, a wiser and more honest move would have been to approach our team but yeah well...
