BlendBricks was redesigned and reworked almost completely in version 2. The material looks much better and a lot of new features have been added (such as the Geometry to Bricks Modifier). It was then updated again to make better use of Blender 4.0's features. Unfortunately, due to these changes, BlendBricks v2.1 only works with Blender 4.0 or newer.
The older versions of BlendBricks (v1.1 and v2) still works with older versions of Blender, and are still included with the purchase. However, they lacks many of the new improvements and features. It's recommended to update to the current version of Blender.
It's also important to keep in mind that the material is designed for Cycles, it may not work well (or not work at all) in other render engines.

- Fixed a bug where scratches would go all the way through paint regardless of the intensity of the scratches
