Big Bossman
It is a normal .blend file, everything packed in the file whereas in case you want to see the texture it is available in "Bossman Bakes" folder.
Blender is free to download and it will work will any version above 2.8.
The mesh is design to have only quads and special knuckles, knee and elbow feel free to rig and animate using simple tools like rigify since the mesh is designed to handle the automatic weight paint.
