missing/broken feature ??
chances are it's already been added/patched - make sure to download the newest build of the addon and reinstall
UV's?
so a procedural system of course needs procedural uvs! as of the v2.2 update, uvs are calculated on the fly. the only thing to remember is that in your shader you have to use the "UVMap" attribute (in the attribute node (image shown on main product page)) - this is different than the standard uv coordinates you'll find in the coordinates node.
Materials?
because the primitive is inherently procedural, geometry nodes behaves weirdly with materials. to fix this i added a material selection option in the modifier settings (if you set a material in the normal way you're used to it won't work - this workflow is necessary)
the gizmos disappeared ??
this seems to be an occasional bug with blender 4.3 - either reselect the object or go into the modifier and nudge any of the values
how do i install the addon?
drag the .zip file into blender - it will auto-isntall
how do bake down the primitive ??
you can apply the modifier that was added to it
is it compatible with my version of blender ??
only if you're using 4.3 or above
