Yes, in the Add-on Preferences > Keymaps, you can change all the Shortcuts
I don't like Pie Menus, can I disable them
You can disable anything in the Addon preferences.
Is this Addon only made of pie menus ?
No, the Pie menus are just a part of this add-on, you have Smart Menus, Popup Menus and other useful tools
