  Manageable but this addon feels incomplete and my major problem is the fact that you can't select what keyframe to bake lip sync animation to, that makes it very hard to work with multiple audio files, and about the lip sync it gets an OK score

  This addon doesnt deserver the low score. Worked right out of the box without any problems.
  A few things to keep in mind tho. Of course you need to set the base shape keys first but after generating you might have to scale the animation down in order to fit the audio. Im not sure if this is depending on the fps you use for the animation or a general thing. Also when on the timeline it needs an MP3, when selecting in N Panel it needs WAV (as documented).

  Works all the way up to seeing movement - no movement in my character. If there is a way to make this work, I'm not finding it. Maybe with better documentation, this would be a good product. At this point, I am extremely disappointed.

  Works perfectly! Thanks! I'll do some tutorials to explain the workflow. It would help if you created first the shape keys for each mouth expression.
