Armature Deform Controls is a Blender add-on that will maintain compatibility for existing assets from other DCC applications while enabling artists to weight, rig and animate in Blender in any way they choose.
This is a free project so please do not anticipate dedicated individual help unless you are supporting me financially. I will help where i can but only when i have the time.
This add-on is a tool for working with existing skeletal assets from other applications.
It can quickly and easily setup bones that indirectly manipulate the source armatures original bones but with Blender friendly orientations for rigging and animation as well as bake animation between control/deform bones whenever required.
It's a part of my B.L.E.N.D add-on collection and is also included in Mr Mannequins Tools.
