The rendered scene shown in the thumbnails is what comes in the download file, along with a few exported file formats (obj, fbx, dwg). So the model can be appended into your own scene, if you don't want to use the same scene.

You will be happy to know that We will provide you Max 2015, 2018 & 2020 version with V-Ray renderer 3.6 & 5, PBR, 3DS, OBJ, FBX, DWG besides the Blender 2.80. So you don't have to be worried if you need the other versions. Moreover, You also get the texture of the model.
