A big private house, dirty and ruined. A model made for real-time render, suitable for First-person or RPG games. Optimized for BGE. All textures are self photographed, edited, painted and baked. all meshes have mesh-collision. A basic FPS camera control is included. Package contains two .blend files. One is the ready-to-use baked version and the other is a ‘Color-only’ version, ready for re-baking. This is the third model from my “Ghost town” Series.
