Nonprocedural seamless scratches node based on 3k textures. Only one node with 5 outputs. Forget about procedural textures with lots of settings. Here everything is simple and fast.
Please note this is not a shader or material! UV required.
How to use:
1. File -> Append -> NodeTree -> Scratches Node (from your scene)
2. Shift+A -> Group -> Scratches node
3. Use node outputs as you see fit. For example, as a bump texture.
4. Do not forget about UV
