The add-on operator can be found in the add menu by using the hotkey Shift+A in the 3D viewport in the mesh submenu.

This is designed to work on multiple selected objects and is most optimal for geometry that has extruded details so the stretched plastic wrapping and crumpled effect can be generated.

It’s very easy to learn and you can create different looks using the settings and different materials.
