Ocean Floor Variety Pack
High quality, game-ready 3D assets for an underwater ocean scene. Includes 24 starfish, 6 seahorses, and 16 varieties of coral, sea urchins, and anemonies. All models are lowpoly and have clean topology, and are optimized for subdivision in game engines like Unity and Unreal Engine.
Seahorses: Includes lowpoly and highpoly versions, with matching UV map and texture sets. Each model includes 4K PBR textures: color, bump, subsurf, and alpha maps. The UV layouts are non-overlapping.
The Blend file contains lowpoly and highpoly versions of each model. The FBX files also come in highpoly and lowpoly, and are labeled accordingly. The FBX files are optimized for use in Unity and Unreal Engine.
The models are all rigged, and the armatures contain 33 bones: 4 head bones, 4 fin bones, and 25 body/tail bones.
Starfish Game-ready starfish models, plus a geometry nodes setup for random distribution in any environment.
All varieties are grouped into a single blender file, including a geometry nodes setup for distributing the starfish over an object. Each variety is also included as a separate fbx file in highpoly and lowpoly versions, which are optimized for Unity and Unreal.
The detailed, high-res models are ideal for close-up rendering. The lowpoly versions are optimized for use as background props in larger scenes. The included Blender file contains a geometry nodes setup that distributes the starfish over any object, so you can quickly add them as ground clutter to your scenes.
High-poly versions contain between 1,510 and 26,501 vertices per model. Lowpoly versions have between 100 and 2,800 vertices per model. All models are UV unwrapped with non-overlapping islands.
Note: highpoly versions have clean topology and use quads (and n-gons to fill the center on their undersides). Lowpoly versions do not have clean topology, and use tris instead of quads.
Each starfish has its own color map (2048 x 2048) and uses a procedural normal map. Color maps, materials, and preview renders are all labeled with the id number of the corresponding starfish.
Coral, Urchins, and Anemones:
Models are subdivision-ready. The rendered preview images use two layers of subdivision for close-up images. If using the models in a background, subdivision can be eliminated entirely to improve performance without affecting the look of the model. Included are individual coral pieces as well as clusters of each variety (both types are visible in the preview images). The clusters can be used to quickly fill an area without too much fiddling.
2K color map textures are included for each model, and are labeled with a number corresponding to the number on the model mesh. UVs are fully unwrapped and non-overlapping. Three of the models include alternate color varieties. Also included is a normal map shared between multiple models. I highly recommend using subsurface scattering for up-close images, it makes the anemones look great!
