Generic modular Victorian Gothic style greenhouses with interior and exterior and detached animatable doors. Aging and Dirt local and global controls provided in the Blender and Unreal versions for further personalization. Blender Asset Library included: all modules, buildings and materials are marked as Assets for easier linking/appending into existing Blender files. Check the Usage section below for more info.

The Blender version has the most advances materials, lights and cameras setup and is the only with scattered grass and trees. Cycles renderer used for the preview images. Material global controls are stored in the World tab Custom Properties.

Scene with real world measures, default unit is meters. The modules are 2,4 m width, and the scene bounding box is 105m x 90m x 17m. The full scene is configured and ready to render in a physically correct linear space. Renders displayed here have a simple background added and contrast applied, no further post-production.

There are 44 modules and 12 additional pieces (61 Static Meshes in Unreal), 770 total objects in the scene considering instances, descriptively named, which are organized in Collections by type. All meshes are manifold, so that advanced manipulation will be possible (e.g., destruction) and preprocessing and rendering will be more predictable when working with game engines.

The meshes have 71768 polys and 73130 vertices overall.

20 PBR materials for all objects (base color, metallic, roughness and normal maps) Meaningfully named. Global Aging and Dirt effects editable via Custom Properties in the Scene tab within Blender, or a custom Material Parameter Collection located along the instanced materials in Unreal; here, material instances are derived from 2 master materials.

35 texture maps, JPG and PNG format, from 1K to 4K resolution. All textures have their paths stripped from the model in order to prevent linking issues.

Unwrapped UVs for all objects, overlapping UVS in UV channel 1 (for common textures), Non-overlapping in UV channel 2 for the meshes on the Unreal version (for lightmap baking etc)

In Unreal, Blueprints are in use to assemble building types. No support of Nanite due to the presence of Translucent shaders inside multi-material setups in most meshes. Lumen supported, but baked Static Lighting and Screen Space Reflections in use for all provided Maps/Levels; the Levels have medium quality baked lighting and the assets have complex collisions enabled. Material global controls are stored in a Material Parameter Collection called MPC_Global_Parameters, located inside the Materials folder.

No plugins needed. The HDR images used for lighting the scene are not included, but environmental lights are in place for preview renders in the viewport.

USAGE

For Unreal Engine, download the MCP-A_UE package and place the unzipped MCPA directory inside your Unreal Projects folder. For packages other than Unreal, download the textures and the file format you need and put them together in the same folder before opening the files.

To setup the Asset Library, download the MCP-A-ASSET-LIBRARY archive and unpack it somewhere. Textures are included. In Blender, go to Edit menu > Preferences > File Paths, and add the path of the just unzipped folder to the Asset Libraries subpanel. Save the preferences pressing the button at the botton left of the window and exit. The new assets should appear in the Asset Browser. To fully edit a placed building, select it and press Ctrl+A (Apply context menu) -> Make Instances Real, or move its Collection outside the Collection Instance containing it in the Outliner, after using ID Data > Make Local if necessary.
