Each one of the buildings (named In-Out Modern building C04, C05, C10, C14, C17, C22, C23, C33, C35, C37, C38 and C53) can be found as single products here on Blender Market; also, this block is part of the IN-Out Modern City District ABCD - Downtown

The Blender native file format includes the most complex shaders and the best arrangement of assets. It also includes a custom Geometry Nodes tree for procedural pipe creation. Cycles render is used for preview images.

270 unique meshes, 4747 objects including instances in the scene. They are descriptively named and located inside Collections by building and type. Real world scale, units: meters. Scene with real world measures, default unit is meters. The sector bounding box is 153 m x 149 m x 61 m.

125 Metallic/Roughness meaningfully named PBR materials. Material instances are widely used in the Unreal version, hence only 5 master materials are provided.

156 textures around 2K resolution, mainly JPEGs. Normal Maps are OpenGL, and have their green channel flipped inside MAX and Unreal shaders. They have their paths stripped from the model in order to prevent linking issues.

Mesh UV coordinates: UVmap1 for general texturing purposes; UVmap2 for non-overlapping UVs; UVmap3 for side-faces only, aligned to world for advanced layered texturing (this last channel is not always present)

Addons not needed to open or manage the archives or their contents. HDR images used for lighting the scene are not included.

USAGE

Download the textures and the file format you need and put them together in the same folder before opening the files. For Unreal, download the AS1C_UE package and place the unzipped AS1C directory inside your Unreal Projects folder.
