The jack model has been created as part of a series from "The garage" scenario. These are high poly models and use subsurface and bevel modelling techniques.
However the FBX and OBJ models have been opened in UNITY and all work fine, although I am not an expert. Due to the vertices and poly count it is probably too high for use within Unity or other game engines, which is why I do not specifically state these are compatible.
If you find you require any other file format (3ds,.dea etc) don't hesitate to ask, I just do not have any way of checking these formats.
