Designed in Blender and textured at 2K resolution in Substance Painter. This is a simple damaged building to use in a post-apocalyptic environment, run down city, or any other scenario. It is designed to have low texture and polygon bandwidth for Unreal Engine originally but is great to fill out background buildings in environments. Textures are packaged in the blend file and it is very easy to export to UE or any other application as well.
