To use the model in your scene you just need to go to File->Append (or Link), choose proper model file, choose "Group" and append/link proper group to your scene.
All modifiers are not applied so you can easily control level of detail.
Subdivision Surface for render is set on 2, for view is set on 0. You can change it in modifiers panel.
All textures are in *.jpg format, you can find them in zip archive.
Transformation gizmo is set on the lowest part of the model so you can easily use it with snap function.
An unit is set on metric.
The model has real size and scale.
Not only objects but also materials have suitable names.
